Spectator Admission
Spectators will be able to purchase either a one-day pass or a weekend pass to gain entry to the tournament. All passes are delivered electronically through a QR code and each person attending will need to present a photo ID and their own QR code for entry.
- Passes can be purchased through SportWrench.
- All refunds must be requested before Friday, January 16, 2026 at 11:00 PM EST via email.
- An individual ticket must be purchased for each spectator. QR code tickets may not be shared or transferred.
- Once a ticket is scanned, it cannot be refunded.
- Lost or forgotten tickets can be retrieved with a photo ID
Venue doors open at 6:30 AM.
Children 3 & under free but must be accompanied by an adult to enter the playing venue.
COVID-19 Agreements & Acknowledgements: Anyone who is exhibiting any symptoms or feelings of unwell are asked to not attend.

FACILITY RULES
We will be hosting the Volley by the James at 2 different venues:

- Guests cannot bring in outside food or beverages. One empty, refillable container will be permitted to use at the various water fountains. Concessions will be available to guests. Vending machines are located inside the building.
- No outside chairs will be permitted inside the playing venue, seating will be provided.
- Parking: Free, no overnight parking. Guests are encouraged to carpool as there are two new hotels under construction near the facility that will limit available parking. Visit our “Directions & Parking” page for more information. ADA parking is available onsite and is on a first come first serve basis.
- Only credit cards are accepted for concessions and box office payments. Staff are not capable of processing cash payments.
- Attendees will be required to pass through metal detectors as part of the entry process. This measure is in place to ensure the safety and security of everyone at the event. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this protocol.

- No outside food is permitted. There is a cafe on site and restaurants close by. (See Guide below)
- All Aramark concessions and bar outlets at the Greater Richmond Convention Center will operate as cashless facilities. They no longer accept cash but will continue to accept credit, debit, and tap-to-pay options (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay). No cash-to-credit conversion services will be available on-site.
- No outside chairs will be permitted inside the playing venue, seating will be provided.
- Parking: There are parking garages around the Convention Center that will have special weekend rates. Street parking is also available if you can find it.
