Admission
Spectators will be able to purchase either a one-day pass or a weekend pass to gain entry to the tournament. All passes are delivered electronically through a QR code and each person attending will need to present a photo ID and their own QR code for entry.
- Passes can be purchased through SportWrench starting January 5th.
- All refunds must be requested before Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 PM EST via email at sweston@rvc.net
- An individual ticket must be purchased for each spectator. QR code tickets may not be shared or transferred.
- Once a ticket is scanned, it cannot be refunded.
- Lost or forgotten tickets can be retrieved with a photo ID
Venue doors open at 7:00 AM.
Children 3 & under free but must be accompanied by an adult to enter the playing venue.
COVID-19 Agreements & Acknowledgements: Anyone who is exhibiting any symptoms or feelings of unwell are asked to not attend

We will be hosting the Volley by the James at 2 different venues:

- No outside food is permitted. There is a cafe on site and restaurants close by. (See Guide below)
- No outside chairs will be permitted inside the playing venue, seating will be provided.
- Parking: There are parking garages around the Convention Center that will have special weekend rates. Street parking is also available if you can find it.

- Guests cannot bring in outside food or beverages. One empty, refillable container will be permitted to use at the various water fountains. Concessions will be available to guests. Vending machines are located inside the building.
- No outside chairs will be permitted inside the playing venue, seating will be provided.
- Parking: Free, no overnight parking. Visit our “Directions & Parking” page for more information. ADA parking is available onsite and is on a first come first serve basis.
- Only credit cards are accepted for concessions and box office payments. Staff are not capable of processing cash payments.
Can't Make it?
Baller TV will be onsite to provide easy viewing to anyone who cannot be there in person!
