We at Richmond Volleyball Club offer a competitive Junior Travel Program for young volleyball players who are looking to take their skills to the next level. The Junior Travel Program is designed for players who are committed to the sport and wish to compete at a higher level. In the Richmond area, our program is second to none!
The Junior Travel Program includes participation in regional and national tournaments, where teams have the opportunity to compete against other high-level teams from different areas. These tournaments provide valuable competitive experience and exposure for players who aspire to play at the collegiate level in the future. Or even just looking to get better for their upcoming high school season!
Overall, our Junior Travel Program provides a structured and competitive environment for talented young volleyball players to pursue their passion for the sport. Through expert coaching, great training, and exposure to high-level competition, the program helps aspiring athletes reach their full potential while fostering personal growth both on and off the volleyball court.
These tryouts are for athletes that would like to be evaluated for placement on one of our National/1s, Zonal/2s, State or Regional Girls and Boys teams for the 2024-2025 Travel Season.
- Please complete online registration and pre tryout orientation before showing up for tryouts.
- Placements will be offered based on tryout evaluation. You should register for the highest level you are willing to play.
Players will be evaluated for all levels. If a player is considered for a higher level than indicated on their registration, the parents will be contacted during tryouts to discuss the situation so that a parental decision can be made prior to an offer going out.

Before Tryouts:
- Player should be registered for tryouts using the link below.
- Once a player is registered for tryouts, the parent and player should attend one of the pre tryout orientation dates before their tryout. During this time you will turn in paperwork, pick up tryout shirt and take care of uniform sizing. Dates and times are listed below:
