The player and at least one parent must attend one of the
sessions. Please bring:

The player and a parent/guardian must sign all forms on registration
day!
To avoid long lines REGISTER EARLY! You may pick up a registration
packet at the RVC office after October 8, 2007. Completed forms must be
brought to one of the registration sessions. Faxed or mailed forms
will not be accepted
Note: There is a $25 late fee for registrations submitted
after October 27! (First time members are granted exception)
Please note that any player not in good financial standing
with RVC will not be allowed to register for the upcoming season until
that standing is rectified. Any account paid off during registration will require a signed credit card authorization to participate in the 2007 - 2008 season.
