| How do I get invited to the tournament? Invitations are sent to all the teams that participated the previous year and to any team that calls and requests information for the following year. The entry information is also posted on the web site as an open invitation for all schools to the tournament. After 16 entries are accepted we will then take teams in multiples of 4. The Virginia High School League is entertaining the possibility of changing the present 20 match limit to 20 play dates. Please ask your principal to support the change. |

| Where can I find the tournament schedule and
format? The tournament schedule is found on the web site for the opening day. Coaches will also receive a full tournament schedule in the mail or email the week of the event. Every team is guaranteed four matches. All matches are best 3 of 5 rally scoring games to 25. Back to Top |

| Do teams have work responsibilities when not
playing? No, each court will be assigned two officials. Line judges will only be assigned for the finals of championship for boys and girls. Each team is responsible for providing a scorekeeper, scorebook and Libero tracker. |

| Who is the tournament director?

| How much are tickets?
Tickets are $8 a day at the door. Individual and Family Sponsors receive complimentary admission. |

| When is the deadline for all the necessary
forms? All forms are available on the web site. Team rosters are due August 15th by 6:00pm. Rosters received after this time may not be included in the program. A signed copy of the tournament guidelines is also due August 15th. The seeding information is due August 16. Individual and Family sponsorships forms are due August 17. The "Housing Form" is due August 23 and no team passes will be issued until the housing form has been submitted. Back to Top |
