The South Atlantic Championships is using the "Stay to Play Policy"

Welcome to the sixth annual South Atlantic Championships for girls. This year's tournament will be held May 28 - 30, 2011 primarily in the Greater Richmond Convention Center but could expand to various Richmond locations.

The tournament will offer single age groups 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 / 17 / 18. Twenty four teams will be accepted in each division.We will utilize Advance Event Systems for the online registration. Teams are accepted on a "first paid, first accepted basis." Teams living outside a 50 mile radius must stay in our hotel block. The deadline for entries is April 30, 2011but could close earlier if divisions fill. To complete the entry process we must receive proper payment, a signed tournament entry form, and confirmation from PSA that hotel reservations have been made. Paying by credit card and faxing the tournament entry form to (804) 358-1018 is the fastest way to start the entry process. The entry fee is $550 for the 13's through 18's divisions and $450 for the 12's division. Each team will be guaranteed seven matches (or game equivalent). 

Play for the 13's, 14’s, 17’s and 18’s will begin at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday. The tournament will conclude with a single elimination bracket on Monday. Play for the 15’s and 16’s will begin at 3:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. The tournament will conclude with a single elimination bracket on Monday.
