**NOTE: All USAV
Juniors' Registration meetings will be
held at RVC West (1907 Westmoreland
Street). The player and at least one
parent must attend one of the sessions.
Please bring:
a payment of $200*** (check,
Visa or MC),
proof of insurance. The player and a parent/guardian must
sign all forms on registration day!
To avoid long lines, you may pick up a
registration packet at the RVC office
after October 15. Completed
forms must be brought to one of the
registration sessions. Faxed or mailed
forms will not be accepted!
*** There is a $25 late fee for
registrations submitted after October 25
(first time members are granted
exception). Please note that any player
not in good financial standing with RVC
will not be allowed to register for the
upcoming season until that standing is
rectified.
