Girls' Team Fees and Structure
RVC Juniors for girls will have five levels of teams:
City, Regional, State (15's and 16's only), Zonal and National. With the exception of City Teams
there is only one team per age group level.
Team dues include uniforms, court rental, equipment, coaches' education/honorarium,
administrative costs, individual USA Volleyball (USAV) for 13 and older / RVC memberships
and a volleyball. There are additional costs for tournaments and travel.
City Teams
City Teams will participate in a Sunday afternoon league from 1:00pm
- 4:00pm during which they will play two matches and officiate one. There are eight competition days from early February until the end of April.
They may also play in day long USAV tournaments for an additional
cost and will carry twelve players on the roster. The teams will have weekly weekend practices until competitions begin and after that point they will have bi-weekly weekend practices.

Regional Teams
Regional Teams will play within the Old Dominion Region (ODR) including
multi-day tournaments which require an overnight stay. The teams will schedule one weekend practice and one weekday practice. Teams will
carry twelve players on the roster and you can expect total
fees to be $700 - $950 depending upon the team's tournament schedule.

State Teams (new for the 2007 - 2008 season)
State Teams will play within the state of Virginia and the District of Columbia including multi-day tournaments which require an overnight stay. The teams will schedule one weekend practice and one weekday practice. Teams will carry twelve players on the roster and you can expect total fees to be $850 - $1100 depending upon the team's tournament schedule.

Zones including multi-day tournaments which rquire an overnight stay. The teams will schedule one weekend practice and up to two practices during the week.
Teams will carry up to twelve players on the roster and you can expect
total fees to be $1000 - $2000 depending upon the team's tournament
schedule
14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and under - $675 per participant

National Teams
National Teams will compete across the entire United
States and will represent RVC in at least oneNational Championship.
The teams will schedule three to four practices per week. The team will carry up to twelve palyers on the roster and you can
expect total team fees to be $2500 - $4500 depending upon the team's
tournament schedule.

2007 - 2008 Boys' Team Fees and Structure
