RVC Juniors is a developmental program offering a wide range of services for volleyball players from 8 to 18 years of age. Youth may participate in USAV Junior Teams, Camps, Jumpin' Juniors (skills development for 8-13 year olds) or even individual instruction. RVC is the oldest and most established juniors program in the central Virginia area. Our coaching staff consists of high school coaches, NCAA Coaches,and NCAA athletes. Which youth program is right for you?

2. Our Developmental Youth Program is called the "CITY League" and it is for Boys 14 and under and Girls 16 and under with some volleyball experience. 3. Our Competitive Youth Program is called the "USAV Juniors League" and it is for Boys and Girls 18 and under with very much to just a little of volleyball experience. Athletes tryout and participate on one of our "National" "Zonal" or "Regional/State" Teams. For more information on the difference between the three levels click here.
